How do I retrieve my invoices?
Please email recruiting@inautomotive.com and these can be requested. For any purchases that you’ve made directly on the site, such as any Boost products, your invoices for these will be visible in the Payment section of your account settings.
How can I get a VAT receipt?
Please email recruiting@inautomotive.com and these can be requested.
When will I be billed?
This will vary depending on your contract. Please email recruiting@inautomotive.com to find out when you will be billed.
How can I pay an invoice?
Please pay using the bank details on the invoice. To make payment using an alternative method, you will need to discuss this with your Account Manager. Either contact them directly or email recruiting@inautomotive.com.
Can I have more than one payment card on my account?
Yes, you can. To add an additional card to your account, navigate to your Settings at the top right and select Add a New Card.
Once you have added an additional card to your account, you can select which one you want to be the default payment card. Please note that you can’t remove your current payment card from your account until you have added a new payment card.
How do I update my payment details?
How can I increase my package?
